An inspiring leader, Terri has spent over two decades teaching mindfulness, yoga and meditation. Leading through teaching, she fosters innovative corporate wellness through programs and retreats, private/group yoga and meditation classes. By advocating fitness in the body, mind and spirit, Terri supports her students in creating awareness and teaches them tools for practicing a more mindful approach to living fuller lives.
Terri is a 500 Hour Certified Baptiste Power Yoga Instructor, a Vedic Trained Meditation practitioner, and leads Corporate Employee Wellness Programs. As a supporter and mentor of Africa Yoga Project (AYP), Terri has contributed to the organization’s initiative to create jobs and empower leaders.
