Episode 8: Supporting Students with Learning and Attention Issues with Suzanne Lang

In this episode we speak with Suzanne Lang from Our conversation brings awareness of the challenges both Suzanne and Mya, founder of MyloWrites, both faced in the classroom as parents with children with learning differences. Suzanne also shares the mission for, the site created for parents with children who face learning and attention issues.

Suzanne Lang is the manager of partnerships for at the Poses Family Foundation (PFF). Prior to joining PFF, Suzanne was a program associate at the Emily Hall Tremaine Foundation, where she led their learning disability initiative.

Suzanne graduated summa cum laude in art education from Southern Connecticut State University. She’s taught art both privately and in the public school system to students of all ages. She has won several awards for her watercolor paintings.

A passionate advocate for children, she established a local support group for parents and an advisory board to special education in her community.

She is the mother of two wonderful children. Her son Alec is the inspiration for her work in the field of learning and attention issues.
